Newly Renovated modern 2 level house boasts beautiful oceans views and relaxing garden. Lovely bright open home. Perfect for families that love nature, surf and sun or weekend getaway. Secluded walking trails out the door and the many more just a short drive into the hills.

NOTE: We have very high cleaning standards so house is immaculately clean. We use government approved 99.9% germ free disinfectants and cleaning products and wipe down everything from the door handles to the furniture so the house is safe for you and your friends and family.

The Malibu Zen House has amazing water and mountain and views and lovely Zen garden on three levels.

It is located on a private street and in a very quiet, secluded and safe area.

There is an ocean view from almost every room in the house. Hiking outside the door, and a place where the birds visit every morning.

Master Bedroom has a with queen bed, walk in wardrobe and double shower and stand alone bath tub. Each morning you will awake in paradise.

Main floor consists of a lounge, modern kitchen and dinning that opens out to an outside patio. The living room also has a projector and large screen for movies or TV.

- 1st Large Guest bedroom - Queen bed ( (2 people)
- 2nd Large Guest bedroom - Two x Twin bed - one with a trundle bed ( 2-3 people)

- Shared Full Guest Bath (tub/shower in one)
- Half bath on first floor

With hiking right outside your doorstep, this is the perfect family getaway for meditation, yoga, inspiration or just to enjoy the summer and get away from the current stressful climate.

Great for a quiet meditation retreat, for writing, painting, composing or just relaxing with loved ones.

Very Family friendly. Great for a family get way for the summer, and learn to surf or go to camp local Malibu camps.

Only 3 minutes to PCH. 5 minutes to the nearest shops. 10 to the Malibu Countrymart and restaurants. 20 minutes to Santa Monica.

Please note cellular phone reception is spotty at and near the house to receive consistent cell service your phone needs to support WiFi calling. Most phones support this if you are not familiar reach out to your carrier for instructions to turn it on. Internet service is exceptional with Fiber to the house (200 Mbps Up and Down) and battery back-up for short power interruptions.

DISCLOSURES / CLARIFICATIONS / CHANGES FROM PHOTOS:
The Main living room has a picture window that looks onto the driveway, and the house across the road. When you are sitting on the sofa you mostly see the ocean view. However, when you are standing closer to the window you can see the house in-front which partially obscures the ocean view. The side windows and two large sliding windows, have an unobstructed view of the Ocean and Santa Monica Mountains. Similarly in the Master Bedroom, when standing at the picture window the house across the street is prominent in the view - the side window has unobstructed views.

The Sofa in the living room has been replaced. with a grey designer sectional sofa. The white sofa in the picture looked great, but too many guests complained it was not comfortable for extended seating. We tried a few out and this sofa had great reviews. It's a great sofa to watch TV or a movie on the projector screen.

The tan wood Queen bed in the 1st guest bedroom was damaged and has been replaced with a new grey designer bed frame. The memory foam mattress is also new.

The picnic table and back patio lounges have been swapped in location as guests continually asked to move the picnic table closer to the kitchen/BBQ.

Very quiet neighborhood on Private Road with only a few houses on the street. Hiking available out the door and dark skies at night for star gazing. Only a few minutes from beach but like staying in nature.

You will need a car. Uber or Lyft work great.

If you require a daily housekeeper for cleaning, shopping, laundry etc.. we can arrange this on request for $130/day - weekdays only. or $20/hr

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
