This villa has a virtual check in. But we will be available by phone or text. Our local housekeeper is also available.

Set in a private cul-du-sac, this is an extremely private street where all the neighbours know eachother and look out for one another if something goes wrong. It is a very safe neighbourhood with walking distance to shops and local supermarket.

Parking is limited in town, so best to walk or leave the car in the public carpark and walk down to the beach.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50,00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
